By accessing or using Sub Scrub Me ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Sub Scrub Me is a SaaS subscription auditing platform that connects to your financial accounts (bank feeds, accounting software, payment processors) using read-only access to identify and categorize software subscription expenses. The Service generates reports, alerts, and recommendations to help organizations reduce software waste.
During beta, access is granted by invitation via the waitlist. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
Sub Scrub Me is currently in beta and is offered free of charge. When we launch paid plans:
Sub Scrub Me accesses your financial data using read-only connections only. We do not and cannot initiate transactions, move funds, or modify your financial accounts in any way. You represent that you have the authority to connect the accounts you link to Sub Scrub Me. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sub Scrub Me and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account and request data deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sub Scrub Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sub Scrub Me does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all subscription data will be detected with 100% accuracy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
